Do you provide International delivery?

 

YES! 

How do I return an item?

Go to the customer care (go above) page and follow the instructions under the return tab.

 

What is your returns policy?

 

Items can be returned if unopened and unused and fulfilled by SkylarGlam within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

 

When will I get my refund?

Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.

 

How do I track my order?

 

You will be emailed a tracking number after the product has been dispatched.

Does Skylarglam offer replacements and exchanges?

Yes, you can create replacement and exchange orders from this page by clicking Return Items and following the instructions. If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item after evidence of damage is send to us. If you would like to exchange an item for another, you can exchange for a different size or colour or for an item in your Cart.
